The morning of the first day is dedicated to review the current status of the project. The meeting will start with an overview covering the main achievements and difficulties met so far. After this brief session the rest of the morning will be used to go through all the work packages, one at a time, to present the current status regarding the work plan, activities performed, deliverables and outcomes achieved, difficulties experienced, plans for the near future, …. Each work package leader will present his/her own work package. After these presentations, by the end of the morning of the first day, all attendees should be aware of the current status of the project.

The afternoon of Thursday and the morning of Friday will be dedicated to work on specific issues, in parallel workshops. With these workshops the attendees can take advantage of the fact that they are all together and available to work on the project for these days. Partners have the chance to register to any workshop of their preference among those that address relevant issues related to the work package they are assigned to. These workshops are being organized on demand and provide an excellent opportunity to develop important activities/deliverables requiring discussion among partners, such as:
- PI resource specification
- promotional plan for virtual market
- branding plan; communication/promotion strategy
- newsletter structure/organization/editorial board/setup
- annual conference
- risk list; monitoring reports
- quality assessment plan,
- strategic planning; activity list for sustainability

So far there are three workshops proposed:
a) one related to WP1-Centre for Excellence
b) another one related to WP3-Students Competences
c)  and a third one related to WP5-Communication/WP6-Branding

The afternoon of the last day of the meeting will be dedicated to present the conclusions from the different workshops and to organize a tutorial session on moodle. This tutorial session is organized to optimize communication within the consortium.
